Mary Ostafi

My work lives at the intersection of energy and embodiment. I guide people home to themselves through an integrative, soul-led approach that blends energy work, somatic practice, and decades of coaching, design, and leadership experience.

I’m a certified coach and certified practitioner of Transformational Energy Healing (TEH), a modality that supports deep energetic integration and personal awakening. I’ve also completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which informs the somatic and breath-based practices woven into my work.

I believe healing begins with presence. That your energy holds ancient wisdom. That clarity, joy, and alignment arise when we create space to listen deeply and reconnect with our essence.
