Mary Ostafi seated on a rock before a waterfall

My work lives at the intersection of energy and embodiment. I guide people home to themselves through an integrative, soul-led approach that blends energy work, somatic practice, and decades of coaching, design, leadership, teaching, and life experience.

My path here wasn’t linear.

I began my career as an architect, drawn to the idea that we could create a better world through thoughtful design. That calling led me into adjunct teaching, speaking, sustainability graduate school in Sweden, and leadership roles focused on transforming organizations and communities. I later founded a nonprofit and created the first rooftop farm in the Midwest, gave a TEDx Talk, and eventually became Chief of Staff to the CEO of a global nonprofit.

Over time, my work shifted from transforming systems and organizations to something more personal: helping people transform themselves.

I became a certified Executive Leadership Coach and spent years working with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals navigating growth, transition, burnout, purpose, and reinvention. Along the way, my own life asked the same of me.

I’ve lived in three countries, traveled to all seven continents, built organizations, changed careers, experienced burnout and grief, and reinvented myself more than once. Each chapter has brought me closer to the same truth:

Our deepest clarity doesn’t come from looking outside ourselves. It comes from learning how to listen within.

That understanding eventually led me more deeply into the body, consciousness, and energy.

Today, I’m a certified practitioner of Transformational Energy Healing (TEH)™, a modality that supports deep energetic integration and personal awakening. I’ve also completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which informs the somatic and breath-based practices woven into my work.

I believe healing begins with presence. That your energy holds ancient wisdom. That the body knows things the mind cannot always explain. And that clarity, joy, and alignment arise when we create enough space to listen deeply and reconnect with our essence.

My work brings together seemingly different parts of my life: the structure and creativity of a designer, the perspective of a leader, the wisdom of a teacher, the inquiry of a coach, the embodiment of a yoga practitioner, and the intuition of an energy healer.

To me, they are all part of the same practice: bringing what is within us into form.

You are the mystic. Let’s bring your energy into form.
