Energy healing is a gentle practice that works with the body's energetic systems to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. At its foundation is the understanding that everything is energy — atoms and molecules vibrating at different frequencies — and that our energetic frequencies affect how we feel physically, emotionally, and mentally.

When our energy is flowing freely, we may feel more alive, open, spacious, connected, and at peace. When it becomes blocked or stagnant, we may feel depleted, heavy, disconnected, or simply sense that something is off. Energy healing is intended to help release stored emotional or energetic patterns, restore flow, and support greater balance and well-being.

This work supports the five bodies — physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual — and works with energetic pathways and systems including the seven chakras and nadis. It shares principles with ancient healing traditions that recognize the relationship between energetic balance and well-being.

A typical session begins with about 30 minutes of heart-to-heart conversation to explore what is present and set an intention. From there, you'll settle into meditation for approximately 45 minutes of energy healing, followed by time to integrate, ground, and gently land before we close.

Every experience is different. Clients often report feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, peaceful, and more spacious. Some experience emotional release, visions, insights, or a deeper connection to their intuition or higher consciousness.

Sessions are held in person in Bend, Oregon, or online from anywhere.
