Sometimes one session creates exactly the shift you need. And sometimes the deeper transformation happens when you give yourself consistent space to return, reconnect, and continue the work.
Monthly Mystic is an invitation to do just that.
Over six months, we'll meet once each month for a private 90-minute Transformational Coaching & Energy Healing session. Each session begins with conversation and reflection around what's present for you, what's shifting, and where you'd like support. From there, we move into energy work to create greater harmony within your system and support your intention.
Our work builds from month to month, giving you space to integrate what emerges, notice patterns, deepen your awareness, and stay connected to yourself as you move through your life.

Regular communication between sessions for reflection, questions, insights, and support as things arise.

There is no prescribed path. Each session meets you where you are and responds to what is present and emerging for you.
In person or online
Sessions are available in person in Bend, Oregon, or online via Zoom.
